Alex Silva

Alex is a young, passionate entrepreneur with his goals set on working with with industry leaders and on incredible homes and buildings. Alex has been working in the Window and Door Industry since 2019. He fell in love with the problem solving aspects of ensuring a perfect installation, particularly in high-end, immaculately designed windows and doors that take the art of construction to the next level; designs that push the boundaries of what was thought possible. With the passion to focus on custom homes, he joined with Jon, his co-founder and they decided to start Silverback Installations.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys cross-fit, spending time with his family, and being outdoors. He has one son and he is passionate to pave the way for his son and teach him hard-work, passion, and to follow your heart.
