Jon is a native of Georgia but his professional career has him taken all over the world. Jon started in the construction industry at age 15. Starting out framing custom homes, to building hotels and multi-use and commercial projects Jon’s project list is as large as it is diverse. When Jon got involved in the construction defect side of the industry he saw an opportunity for construction to be done better. His passions aligned when he entered the fenestration world where complex designs met luxury projects. 

Jon’s values are surrounded around relationships and a passion for doing things better. He is a lifelong learner who is always searching to gain knowledge and perspective. It was years ago when he realized that he wasn’t in the construction business but rather the people business. Once that realization set in he strived to find the types of people that align with the same mentality. Seeing the effects of having that mindset have been very rewarding. Looking back Jon shakes his head and says “when I had to go to work to chase the dollar it was hard, now I get up everyday and I get to go to work and interact with amazing people. What a difference!” 

In his free time he enjoys his family and dogs, the outdoors, fishing, and music. Always curious and creative he started a band, dabbles in art, wrenches on his old truck and strives to improve himself and help those around him. “Everyday is a school day.”
